The Cornerstone self-closing hinges included with the aluminum gates are adjustable to allow for vertical adjustment, plus the built-in tension adjustment allows the gate to self-close.

The Atlantic and Pacific styles are BOCA/pool code compliant and come with a key-lockable Trident pool gate latch. The Mansfield and Toledo gates come with Weatherables® Keystone One-Sided Latch.
